Business Development Executive

Our client is a successful, market leading company specialising in providing bespoke
Engineering parts to manufacturing, engineering and food companies throughout NI and the Republic of Ireland.
Due to ongoing expansion, they now wish to recruit a Business Development Executive to play an integral part in the ongoing and future success of the company
The Role:
  • Selling a range of parts solutions to customers in a designated geographical territory
  • Win and grow key accounts throughout Northern Ireland and R.O.I.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with Decision Makers across a variety of customer sectors
  • Visit both new and existing customers on a regular basis to ensure that all potential sales revenue is maximised
  • Presenting quotes/tenders to customers and following up as required
  • Maintaining after sales contact to ensure complete customer satisfaction
  • Meet with new and existing customers on a regular basis
  • Update customers with regards to new products on a regular basis
  • To work closely with key customers to ensure that all orders are sorted out in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction for all products provided
  • Travel throughout N.I and occasionally to R.O.I and UK as required
The Person:
  • An experienced Sales Executive with a minimum of 2-3 years practical Business Development experience ideally within the engineering, manufacturing, or Food Sectors
  • Dynamic, motivated with the drive and determination to succeed in a highly competitive environment
  • The ability to organise their diary and work without the need for constant supervision
  • An ambitious sales professional who consistently achieves targets
  • The ability to work effectively as of a successful team (both Sales & Technical)
  • A strong relationship builder who possesses excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work from home and organise the own diary and travel arrangements
  • A basic salary of circa £30k – £35k will be on offer.
  • A car allowance and an attractive commission structure will be on offer.
